Something went wrong trying to pull and start portainer on OMV 6

after installed omv-extras, I tried to install portainer on website of OMV6 ,but it appears wrong as below :

how can I fix it ?

or I tried to install it in CLI

Did you install using the omv iso? Not sure why apparmor is installed.

yes, I install it with the omv iso, I don't know why it is not installed, should I install apparmor by command :

apt install apparmor apparmor-utils auditd

AppArmor is part of Debian 10 by default: https://www.debian.org/release…hats-new.en.html#apparmor

And docker usually comes with a AppArmor profile https://docs.docker.com/engine/security/apparmor/

How did you install docker?

That is why I asked how OMV was installed. AppArmor is not installed when using the OMV ISO. And omv-extras installs docker from the docker repo which evidently doesn't have an app armor profile.

So this might have happened by installing another packege wich has a dependeny on apparmor.

I agree but not sure which one. I have every 6.x plugin installed on my omv6 dev system and apparmor is still not installed.

So many? Be careful to not install anything that breaks the system. That is why it is suggested to run as much as possible in Docker.

I have the same problem, I think this problem is caused by installed omv in offline mode...

Of course, I fixed it by apt install apparmor apparmor-utils auditd

This solved my issue which was caused by an update.

Can confirm, latest OMV update last night broke portainer.

Error was something:

omv apparmor_parser failed : executable file not found in $PATH

I've not installed apparmor myself, OMV 6 version.

Running apt install apparmor apparmor-utils auditd and reinstalling portainer fixed it for me.

Here is the solution to disable apparmor on the system and it worked on my test system (not harmful since apparmor package is not installed):

If you have portainer and/or yacht installed, they will most likely need to be remove and reinstalled. You will not lose settings if this is done with omv-extras.
