Have a strange issue. I have Heimdall installed, and there is an option to add openmediavault as a button and show some stats. For this you need to add in log in details. Now every time it updates I get a "Your user account was used to log in to the openmediavault control panel via a web browser." email.
Has anybody had this issue before? Any way to solve it? (Without disabling notifications globally.)
This is what heimdall shows when working, but for the moment I've disabled the updating.
is an expected behaviour, mine log is:

sorry to bump this thread but I'm testing Heindall on my pi unit. How does one get the autologin details so that for example it will automatically log in to OMV once the OMV icon is selected?
There is a config section on bottom of the edit window.
I saw that but thats only to bring in the api data from the enhanced apps. It doesn't actually log you into the app.
I also found the app seemed unfinished. For example, if you add a user thee is no way to remove them.

you need to write the URL heimdall must open when push the button.
and example for netatmo a remote temp monitor for my home, but all apps works in a simmilar way ( URL, can be a Ip too eg: http://192.168.1.100:9000 to open your portainer page if 192.168.1.100 is the IP of your NAS).

I've done that in both the 'add application' and 'edit configuration' but it only takes you to the login page of the application. It doesn't actually log you in.

Under Preview there is a Config (Optional) with an enable button

you can't autologin in any app with heimdall, only you can show certain usefull values in heindall ( like OMV CPU usage) in heimdall button if you add user & pasword in the lower side.
This is a security problem, because heimdall is used in most case like a landing page for a duckdns URL, like http://mydomain.duckdns.org .
you can also configure access in the way https://plex.mydomain.duckdns.org ( I use swag for this), in any case is not secure to autologin any web service on your NAS because is a security risk.
My sugest is that enable remember your user & password in your explorer if you want comodity.
I assumed it was a security risk. Another issue I had was play around and added a user with password. But now I can't remove the user.
From google, I found the only way to remove a user was send a command via sqlite (https://github.com/linuxserver/Heimdall/issues/345)

If you mean on Heimdall, just delte the container and remove the config folder of it.
Then launch the container again and redo the config.
