OMV updates in list other than apt updates list

Hello,

in my OMV under System / Update management / Updates I have following update where I don't know where it come from:

libdouble-conversion3 3.1.5-6.1
libpcre2-16-0 10.39-2+0~20211122.14+debian11~1.gbp0d570b
libqt4-dbus 4:4.8.7+dfsg-18+deb10u1
libqt4-sql 4:4.8.7+dfsg-18+deb10u1
libqt4-svg 4:4.8.7+dfsg-18+deb10u1
libqt4-test 4:4.8.7+dfsg-18+deb10u1
libqt4-xml 4:4.8.7+dfsg-18+deb10u1
...
qdbus 4:5.15.2-5
qdbus-qt5 5.15.2-5

The only one apt is showing up is "qdbus" which is holding back.

How can I get rid these packages? Or are they important?

libpcre2 is a 16 bit runtime library. What is it good for?

If I hit the update link in OMV these packages still showing.

No desktop environment. I used an OMV debian dist...

I have purged all qt-Packages and the updates under system/update management has gone.

Is OMV using apt-get for packaging? Why there was other packages like in apt-get CLI?
