Error when 'Checking for updates' & when trying to install the ones in the long list.

I've been getting an error for months now when checking for updates but they installed OK, now I can't install them.

Error window gives this for checking for updates:

I'm unable to copy the Installing updates window but ends with :

dpkg: error processing package openmediavault-omvextrasorg (--configure):

installed openmediavault-omvextrasorg package post-installation script subprocess returned error exit status 1

And finishes with:

I've not found anything the same on the forum, any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

omv-extras repos moving to github

Because Bintray is dropping their repo hosting service (https://jfrog.com/blog/into-th…gocenter-and-chartcenter/) on 2021-05-01, I have moved the omv-extras repos to github. omv-extras 5.5 will change the repos to point to github. This package is in the testing repo now. People will have until bintray is shutdown to upgrade. I will move the 5.5 package of omv-extras to the regular OMV 5.x repo in a few days. I might release an OMV 4.x package with the updated repos but I am not releasing a…

Yes I found this & did it, it ran with errors, made no difference.

Zoki, Thanks. I checked the sources.list then edited it as there was lots in there. Instead of 'buster' it had 'stable', & the security source & erasmus source under '3rd Party Binary Repos' heading.

The other files were pretty much correct except omvextras.list that had the only mention of bullseye.

I intended it to be a starting point. It did make a difference if done correctly because you still had bintray repos. So, it would've fixed that. And I didn't notice the erasmus repo at first.
