Intel I225V nic cannot be detected until kernel update

I have the same nic I used the omv6 installer image and had no problems with the nic being detected....

I found that the NIC (intel i225v) cannot be recognized during installation nor after installation. The system reports “no network hardware detected” when I do omv-firstaid

I have tried other versions of linux and OS (ubuntu desktop 20.04.3 LTS, Debian 11.2, windows10) non of them can detect the NIC except windows after manually install the driver from intel.

The problem is solved after I update the kernel from 5.14 to 5.15 as stated at the top.
