I tested the new plugin CPU temperature.
The graph for the CPU temperature is not displayed on my dashboard.
However, the temperature is visible in the BIOS.
What could be the reason for this?

I think the CPU temp is missing..... sensors-detect runs before

Your motherboard doesn't have a cpu temp in the standard location. The plugin was just supposed to be a proof of concept and not meant to support every board out there. There is a sensors widget as well. If k10temp is wrong then there really isn't much that can be done.
I check this in the Mainboard screen "k10temp" is the CPU temp... But how I can display this temp to the dashboard

You can't with the cputemp widget but the sensors widget (part of cputemp plugin) will show the same sensors output you posted above.
