I have the feeling, this happens, when the plugins are removed on running the postinstall scripts which include the omv screipts, but omv has already been removed.
This is becoming more frequent.
More upgrades = more frequent. One of the problems is that usrmerge fails to install but omv-mkaptidx gets stashed and replaced by a exit 0 shell script. Because usrmerge fails, python libs can't be found later in the upgrade causing omv-release-upgrade to fail meaning omv-mkaptidx never gets unstashed leaving a shell script that does nothing. The upgrade script could fail on usrmerge failure but that would exchange this issue for another.
At least, this one is a simple and fast one to solve. (Thanks Zoki)
Better to keep it as it is instead of breaking more things (me thinks),
P.S. And we need a new poll counter for the most posted error on the forum,
Most posted error: patch ERROR ...
