Update and other errors

  • Hi

    I have many errors when I try to update OMV or omvextras, or when I apply configuration changes like repos in omvextras.

    GUI update log:

  • omvextras update log:

  • omv-upgrade:

  • omvextras repos change save log

  • omvextras repos apply changes log:

    I spend some hours to find solution (solutions?), anything.

    Date and hwclock are correct.

    sources.list and files in /etc/apt/sources.list.d/ are correct too.

    No upgrade possible. apt and omv-upgrade show same errors.

    I'd rather not have to reinstall OMV... :-/

    Thanks.

  • 404 Not Found [IP: 127.0.0.1 80]

    You have a Network problem. I

    How did you set the network for DNS? You can edit on the GUI and set DNS to 8.8.8.8 for eg.

    On the CLI, run ping -c 5 google.com && ping -c 5 8.8.8.8

  • Thank you for your response.

    I found this topic: https://forum.openmediavault.o…update%2Bfail#post280811=

    I tried with another provider (backup connection): same errors. No proxy enabled.

  • Your pings look correct but all errors come from a bad resolv:

    All repos are pointing to 127.0.0.1.

    Try to ping -c 5 security.debian.org for eg.

  • It's not pointing to loopback.

  • Hi ryecoaaron. What do you mean by "apt proxy setup"? Where can I see that?

    Edit:

    Found this:

    Code
    Anicet@OMV:~$ sudo cat /etc/apt/apt.conf.d/99openmediavault-proxy

    Acquire::http::Proxy "http://127.0.0.1:80";
    Acquire::https::Proxy "https://127.0.0.1:443";

    Is it what you mean?

    I tried to configure traefik to forward to OMV GUI some days ago. You think it changed that?

    Edit 2:

    I moved the 99openmediavault-proxy file to another directory and i don't have error anymore. Thank you guys!
