Software Failure: The requested page was not found

I need some help here please.

I'm getting the Software Failure screen when I try to access System -> OMV-Extras or Kernal, and Storage->ZFS.

I don't know when this started, but I'm replacing a ZFS drive and I tried to enter ZFS from the gui and I get the error.

I can enter ZFS commands at the CLI, and everything seems to be functioning fine.

I don't know where to start troubleshooting this so any help is appreciated.

I had cleared cookies and cache via the browser (Firefox) but still had the error.

I then logged out of the GUI, back in, and entered Command+Shift+R (I'm on a mac) and I can now access the System and Storage areas.
