How can I install omv6 on odroid HC4?
You have to install debian and then OMV. I don't know if odroid can install 32 or 64 bit, you'll have to google. Here is a guide for installation.

I recommend you to install Armbian bullseye, but first you have to uninstall Petitboot as described, so that another OS via SD card works.

I got OMV on my HC4 up and running with this guide from the Odroid-Wiki.
