You are using a version that is end of line since a long time.
You should do a fresh install with OMV 6.

You're not going to get any updates hence the error, OMV4 is EOL as is OMV5

Thank you for your prompt reply.
It is possible to do an update from 4 to 6 or I have to do an installation from scratch.
If the passage were possible, is there a guide?
Thank you
Possible, but not recommended. Especially not on a RPi. You would have to update from OMV4 to OMV5 and then OMV6. During the update not only OMV, but also the complete OS is updated.
You should really do a fresh install.
OK thank you,
In the guide they say to download a version of raspberry lite from January of the current year and they also give the SHA256 check sum which, however, does not correspond ...
Can you tell me something about it?
Including they wanted the verification to be on the zip file and not on that image.
Well now I prepare everything from scratch.
Do you think I can replace the raspberry with OMV 4.x with the 6.x one and this should interface the existing raid disks without problems?
Thank you

A clean install is always recommended
this should interface the existing raid disks without problems
This is no guarantee, OMV no longer supports raid on usb devices, no sure if that was from the later part of OMV4's life but definitely from OMV5
So I better stay on OMV 4.x ...
Because if from OMV 5.x a connection via USB 3 between raspberry and disks in raid is no longer supported, I would be on the ground.

That's why a back up is necessary ![]()
I have two backup copies mirrored on normal HDs connected via USB to my home LAN router.
After preparing the SD card according to the tutorial indicated I turn off the raspberry and try to change the SD and see what happens.
Or do you have any other suggestions on how to trade.
Thank you

That looks OK, but I would not connect your raid drives until you booted into OMV, set the date and time, installed updates then rebooted, sometimes but not always the IP address changes.
Once you have got to that state, shut down again and connect the drives that are in the array
Thanks for the directions, I will proceed as you indicated.
However, the ip address does not change because through the rules of the router I assigned a fixed ip address connected to the mac address of the raspberry.
Thanks, now the adventure begins
If the new version doesn't work, do you think I could go back to the previous one (4.x) without problems?

The only way to do that is to install OMV6 on a new or another SD card
Yes, of course.
I have already prepared a new SD where I downloaded the operating system as per tutorial.
I also have a free raspberry in which to do the configuration and then I would only have to replace the board.
Prepared the sd and everything went well.
Once the sd has been moved from the raspberry of convenience to the one assigned to OMV, it seems that something related to hostname service does not start.
I am attaching some photos in the hope of a solution.
Practically, despite having inserted the fixed IP in OMV 6, it seems that the raspberry does not go to the network (see last photo).
Thanks in advance for any suggestions.
Problem solved by following some indications in the forum.
The raid discs were recognized perfectly.
It seems to me that everything is working for the best, now I will keep monitored.
Thanks for the support and greetings.
