Borgbackup - Disable the daily cron job

  • Hi at all,

    i have the borgbackup plugin installed and only want to execute the backups/archive-job via scheduled task, which is working fine.

    But since i installed the plugin and created a repo and a archive the additional "hidden" archive job runs every night at ~3:30 and i receive a completion email a few minutes later.

    The Email topic says this: Cron <root@server> run-parts /var/lib/openmediavault/borgbackup/daily.d

    How can i disabled this job ? Can i modify the daily.d ?

    I just deleted the script inside the daily.d-Directory

    Which script? Why not just change the time it runs?

    omv 7.0.5-1 sandworm | 64 bit | 6.8 proxmox kernel

    plugins :: omvextrasorg 7.0 | kvm 7.0.13 | compose 7.1.4 | k8s 7.1.0-3 | cputemp 7.0.1 | mergerfs 7.0.4

    omv-extras.org plugins source code and issue tracker - github - changelogs

    Its a auto-generated file under /var/lib/openmediavault/borgbackup/daily.d.

    I have to admit, that i dont know how to change the schedule for this script, since i cant see any settings for this in the OMV-Plugin.

    The script is automatically executed at 3:30.

    I control the execution via a seperate script (written by me) in the "System -> Tasks"-Section
