After i ran the latest update today, it got the error failed to load kernel modules, during boot up
I load nvidia driver from kernel during boot up and now that is not working anymore
What can i do?

Did your updating install the 6.0 backports kernel? This could have easily caused module problems because I'm guessing the nvidia module could not compile on that new of a kernel.

I have been running this just fine for the last few months.

That doesn't really help. Look at /var/log/apt/history.log

The 6.0 kernel was just added to the Debian bullseye-backports repo a few days ago.
