How connect two HD in Raid/Mirror on OMV6 on Proxmox

Until a few days ago I was using OMV5 installed on a DIY server (a Asrock J4105B-ITX Gemini Lake with 16GB) on which I had installed two 4TB Iron Wolf HDs, connected in Raid/Mirror mode.
Unfortunately the SSD on which OMV was installed failed and therefore I have to proceed with a new installation (by using now OMV6 and not OMV5).
I had thought about using Proxmox and vectorizing OMV6, plus other O.S.
Can I reconnect on the new OM6 the two HDs in mirror mode (which are full of files), or do I necessarily have to format them and start from scratch?
If I can, can you explain me (explaining me step by step how to do it, as if I were talking to a child ) how I must do ?
