No access to OMV4.1 from another subnet

I have a problem.

There are two subnets:

*.*.148.0/24

*.*.137.0/24

Subnets are connected through multiple gateways.

OMV is installed in the *.*.137.0/24 subnet (interface ip *.*.137.9) and all shared folders are opened on computers in this subnet.

And nothing opens from under the network *.*.148.0/24 (checked ssh, web-panel, folders). A port scanner from the *.*.148.0/24 subnet shows that there are no open ports on *.*.137.9. Gateways between subnets do not filter anything. Checked.

Please help me figure out how to make OMV accessible from a different subnet. I think that it is the OMV settings that do not allow access to computers from other subnets.

I also thought so at first, but in my organization in the same subnet *.*.137.0/24 there is another server on FreeBSD with shared folders and a web server, to which there is access from the subnet. And shared folders on Windows 10 on client computers in the *.*.137.0/24 subnet from the *.*.148.0/24 subnet also open. And the ping utility checks the connection to the OMV successfully. So it's not about routing.

Understood. The problem was that after saving the rules in the firewall section of the web panel, they were not applied immediately, but after a few minutes.
