Hello Gents
I am a beginner in storage technology, Just to check if the mirror (RAID1) is working pretty good or not on OMV 6 ?
What does it mean the clean word in the state field?
Thank you in advance

The question is why as a beginner do you believe that a Raid solution is the right one? Have a read through this whilst written back in 2015 it is still relevant today.
Personally I have no problem if a user wants to use a Raid setup provided they have some fundamental knowledge and understanding of it's basic functionality.
Edit: Question instead of copying and pasting the output of the commands you have used into a code box </> you have taken a screen shot and blanked out out your server name, why?
Thanks for your replies.
When I built my first NAS I also added a RAID1. Didn't even think about it. No question that a NAS needs a RAID.
After some time I realized that the RAID is just adding complexity and that a much better solution is to use one drive as the main data drive and the second one as a backup drive. I run regular rsnapshot jobs to backup the data from the main drive to the backup drive.
Here is another good compilations of reasons, why RAID is not backup

Thanks, Would you please send the steps how to create snapshot jobs to backup the data from the main drive to the backup drive?
I think this will be as scheduled task, right?
Just setup an rsync job in the Rsync plugin to sync the two drives (create a shared folder for each) on a regular basis.
Or search about rsnapshot and install the rsnapshot plugin. It is available after installing omv-extras.
Use some test data to understand how rsnapshot works.
Ask here if you have some question.
Or the borgbackup plugin.
Thanks
goingin2000 now you have a selection of tools
rsync
rsnapshot
borgbackup
From top to bottom the complexity is increasing. But also the functionality.
