How to change login page of WEB interface

I am using the web interface from abroad, often with a very slow connection. Thus, the dynamic login page turns into a slideshow, and the username / password entry almost freezes. How to change the login page to a simple and static one? No pictures etc...

The old versions have static login page. Why for new ones that's not possible?

I have tried to find files of the login page, but no luck (

Could you give me a tip where to find those?
