Docker decided that people should already have apparmor-utils installed. Since OMV doesn't by default, it caused this issue. Since disable apparmor at the OS level negating the need for apparmor-utils is easier and more reliable than installing apparmor, this is the fix I recommend. We don't control Docker and changes happen.

Not sure what you mean by apparently. I wouldn't have posted if I didn't think it was the best solution. There will be systems that people have made changes to that it might not help but I can't have a solution for every possible config.

When you have many repos and people involved in one system, things break. Have you never had a bad windows update??
