After turning on the second network interface, the downloads stopped working.Removed eth1, reinstalled the container with transmission, the download speed is zero, access through the web interface to transmission is. I suspect that the problem is in the docker itself in the network section. But also all containers are available through the web interface and for example the same unifi controller works

There was a problem that minidlna did not see files beyond the root folders, added ACL rights to it, and then it turned out that the transmission began to download at a low speed. And then the downloads stopped altogether. Today she added rights through ACL and again everything works fine.
