Hello, recently i wanted to setup Portainer to host a ddedicated game server for me and my friends to use, however for some reason my browser refuses to connect to the web gui, throwing out the ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED error. I have tried almos all work-arounds from this thread, but to no avail. I also tried uninstalling, reinstalling, clearing the data, changing the ports as well as forwarding them and downgrading versions bat that didn't help. Any solutions?

Good morning,
What browser do you use?
Have you tried accessing it in in-private mode?
Have you cleared your browser cache?
It looks like accessing a site with a self-signed certificate -
Hello,
My browser of choice is opera GX, but I also tried Firefox, edge, and even installed chrome, including all browsers on my phone. I did try do access the address in private mode. Browser cache was cleared and I even tried to reinstall my browsers. And for the fourth one i am not sure what that means, might need to dig a little deeper

disabling f2b didn't do anything

Fixed it like that: "apt install apparmor" and rebooted host.
Afet rebooted: docker start portainer -

Hey if you haven't solved it yet, this worked for me. Just check the SSL box, choose a cert and save/apply, THEN click the Remove and Install buttons. Worked like a charm after that. If you don't have those buttons make sure you're not using the Testing repo in omv-extras, and if you are then uncheck it and remove/reinstall the omv-extras plugin.
