Solution found.
Via ssh terminal sudo armbian-config in the control panel.
System says Edit Boot Script
Put the text extraargs=apparmor=0 in it.
After that reboot Odroid.
Open Media Vault booted and portainer reinstalled.
Portainer is working again.
I think my dockers are now lost.
I don't see this one. I don't know if the data is still on the HDD. I have not deleted this one.
Maybe now you know how I can proceed.
