Well 1, you're making it admin.. which is about as useful as making it root.
but beyond that, read the links Soma posted.. it explains what your issue is. You can't put Linux permissions on a ntfs partition. Your filesystem is the whole issue here.

you need to set it to a username, not 1000
chown -R username:users folder_name
I'm leaving for work in a minute but i'll try to check in on this later if you're still having an issue.

One other thing I noticed yesterday... in your post #6.. you posted a pic of your router settings.
You cropped the pic pretty tight but you are using Port FORWARDING, and not Port TRIGGERING right?

Yes its port forwarding.

Hey,
I got a bit busy and didnt get the chance to tackle this problem, but now I'm free.
I followed macom's guide:[How-To] Nextcloud with swag (Letsencrypt) using OMV and docker-compose
and I get this error from swag:Code"Encountered exception during recovery: certbot.errors.PluginError: The clearing of the TXT record for domain "mydomain.duckdns.org" was not successful." "The TXT update "OxxPrUwg7Y8s5ROOLxZo0-kLZSOJNj6ui7N9ja5iVl0" for domain "mydomain.duckdns.org" could not be set."Any help would greatly be appreciated
