Cant get any updates on update management, tried post #9

I tried what appears on post #9 here omv-extras repos moving to github , but Im still getting errors while trying to check for updates on update management or in plugins

Is there any way to fix this? wanted to update docker and keep the gui for omv

Debian Stretch and OMV4 are outdated.

Thanks for the answer, is there any way to make the fresh installation easier/quicker?

Ive got several dockers, shared folders, 1 virtualbox vm, 2 hdd pools, and its kind of a lot to setup again blindly, I got started with this same install of omv and been tweaking and fixing and setting things up for several years and its kind of daunting having to try and get everything working as of right now without losing data or functionality.
