What do you get when you try: sudo apt-get install openmediavault openmediavault-omvextrasorg

    plugins :: omvextrasorg 7.0 | kvm 7.0.13 | compose 7.1.4 | k8s 7.1.0-3 | cputemp 7.0.1 | mergerfs 7.0.4

Thank you so much, do I need to do anything else?

I don't know. What did the command I gave you do?

How to update the outdated binaries, got same message when I just installed the compose plugin?

I can't see your screen. So, a little hard to know what you mean.

  • I think it got fixed after reboot since i unistalled the compose plugin and installed it again

    before

    Code
    User sessions running outdated binaries:
     root @ session #1: sshd[9852]
     root @ session #149: sshd[65056]
     root @ session #177: sshd[95215]
root @ user manager service: systemd[9859]

    after reboot

    Code
Running kernel seems to be up-to-date.

Failed to check for processor microcode upgrades.

    Services to be restarted:
     systemctl restart wsdd.service

No containers need to be restarted.

No user sessions are running outdated binaries.

i unistalled the compose plugin and installed it again

That really shouldn't have fixed anything but ok.

  • You're having same issue as I had, Systemd is newer version and installed from backports probably.

The following fixed it for me:

    Enable backports (if not already)

    Run apt install -t bullseye-backports libnss-resolve libnss-systemd
