Issue with "openmediavault-onedrive 6.2.11-1" setup

  • Hi,

I'm new to OpenMediaVault, and I've tried to get the OneDrive plugin working on a new Raspberry Pi4 install of OMV, but I've not been able to get it to work. I followed the instructions, and ran the 'omv-onedrive-auth' command in CLI, but it didn't seem to do anything. I did a bit of research online and tried running 'onedrive-synchronize', and although this worked it downloaded the files onto the SD card (that OMV is installed on) rather than the file share (on an SSD drive) that I provided in the plugin settings. Is there any way that I can resolve this?

    Thanks in advance.

  • I managed to fix it in the end, I believe it was because the user that I was logging into the CLI via didn't have access to the 'root' group. When I added 'root' to the user, logged in via CLI and ran the command 'sudo su', I could then successfully run the 'omv-onedrive-auth' and the files started synching to the correct shared folder directory.
