Backup plan needed

I need a backup plan for the media stored on my server. I have 12 terabytes of storage spread over 3 drives (not full) and a 8 terabyte drive for backups. The backup drive is now full. How could I continue the backups to another drive and have it incremental? I have been using the USBbackup plugin which worked great until the disk was full. How could I continue to a second backup drive? Any suggestions?

If you want to continue using USBbackup you could split the data into a couple of folders. Uncomfortable.

Another solution, if you have spare hardware, any will do, is to set up a second server, only on for backups. You could make a pool on the backup server and the backups could be made with rsync on the network.
