When I drop down Device menu, the drop down list loading a second and then show empty.

Your installed version is 32 bits. You should install again using a 64-bit image.

Did you mount the device from the GUI of OMV?
And you cannot create a shared folder on the OS filesystem (unless you install the sharerootfs plugin).

I have mounted the device on command line.

Then unmount them and remove the entry from fstab, if you entered one. Then mount from the GUI of OMV.
