Docker Compose not in my plugins folder

  • I would like to install Plex on my OMV server, and possibly other "apps" but I understand I need Docker compose to begin to do so. The only things in the omv-extras tab is Docker repo and I have it check marked, I also did the apt clean.

In the plugins folder are 6 items I installed over a year ago and nothing else, even if I click check for new plugins I get nothing else.

I tried running wget -O - https://github.com/OpenMediaVa…ckages/raw/master/install | bash from the cmd and I get the message unable to resolve host address git-hub.

Can someone tell me what I should do next?

I have searched for hours and am getting more fustrated every day

I will admit it.... I am a noob to this Linux stuff, but am trying.

Is something "broken" with my OMV install ?

Everything else has been working great and I may come to understand it someday, HaHa

    Thanks All !!!

    Approved the thread.
  • Thank you !!!

My DNS setting had NOTHING in it !

I don't know how I ever got anything done. I have now been able to update to 6.9.13-1 and have downloaded the compose extra.

Lets see what trouble I get into now Ha Ha

    Thanks again

    Steve
