Undo docker installation from compose

  • Hi,

I accidentally (stupidly) installed docker from the compose section of OMV6 directly to my external hard drive folder - `/srv/dev-disk-by-uuid-...` instead of `/srv/dev-disk-by-uuid-.../docker`. I've since reinstalled docker in the correct location, but I wanted to undo the incorrect installation by removing the relevant folders, however, I haven't been able to find a list of what folders this may be. I also didn't want to mess with the docker folder permissions, to check within it.

Is anyone aware of what the files and folders are I should delete? I tried to look through the omv-compose source code, but couldn't find it

  • I'm not sure about this but couldn't you look in your new path `/srv/dev-disk-by-uuid-.../docker' what folders are there created and check the old location for corresponding folders?

This is what I would do in this case.

    OMV7.x

    AMD Ryzen 5 5600G

    ASRock B550M Pro4

    Crucial DIMM 16GB

    Western Digital WD Blue SN570

    Seagate IronWolf 8TB/WD Red 8TB

    AeroCool CS-102
