OMV Crashing while trying to save

OK I finally got OMV to install opn my raspberry pi. When I make any changes I click the green save button at the bottom of the page. The yellow bar appears at the top of the screen stating pending changes. Here is where I have my problem. When I click the check mark to save changes the system attempts to save for about 3+ minutes and then crashes. I get the black screen with the red box that says to click left mouse button. Nothing happens and that screen just reappears. If I reboot the system I am unable to log into the raspberry pi or iunto OVM
