How to replace filesystem without redoing all the configs?

I have recently moved a to new set of drives with ZFS and I have copied over all my content to a new TrueNAS machine that I used to setup the ZFS. After using both TrueNAS and ZFS for a while I decided to stay with OMV for the future, so now I want to import the ZFS pool to my existing OMV installation, keeping all the shared folders, NFS and SMB shared, FTPs, Rsync modules, etc.

How do I do that? OMV does not seem to allow me to import the zpool with the original old filesystem missing. To remove the old file systems is looks like I need to remove all the shared folders and for that I need to remove all of their references....

Ideally I want to just mount zpool, change the shared folders to reference to point to the new zpool, reboot and call it a day. Unfortunately there is not enough drive bays to have both the old and new drives installed. Is there a way how to simplify this?

so i have revisited this after a few months. i was able to get rid of the old mergerFS filesystem, but i struggle importing the zpool. The pool is actually imported, all the contents are mounted and browsable, but OMV cannot see them and cannot be used as shared directories. The zfs menu looks like this:

I had to import the pool via the command line, as OMVs webui does not seem to provide a way to enter the encryption key to the zpool.

Any idea how could i fix this?
