Hello.
I wanted to set up FTP access, but it doesn't work.
In the address bar of the browser, enter
ftp : // 192.168.1.133: 21 (no spaces)
but nothing opens.
My settings.
What am I doing wrong?

Most likely your browser does not support FTP (anymore).
You can use Windows Explorer, Filezilla or winSCP
winSCP I tried to use.
Nothing worked.
Perhaps something is wrong in the settings?
Do you get any message?
No.
An empty folder opens.
Although I added a share.
Does your user have permissions to write in that share?
Is it?
If orel is the user you are using, it looks good.
Then why can't you see this folder (in WinSCP)?
And how to get access to it from outside (from the Internet)?
Then why can't you see this folder (in WinSCP)?
Did you try to create a file or copy a file in that folder and check in CLI where it ended up?
I don't see anything wrong, but I have not used FTP, just tried it in a VM.
And how to get access to it from outside (from the Internet)?
AFAIK this is not recommended as it is a security risk. Better to use SFTP instead. Or something like Nextcloud or FIlerun
I have a lot of files in this folder
