You should upgrade to OMV 7. There have been many improvements including in the webdav plugin.

I added client_max_body_size 16G; to the extra options in WebDav menu. And result still is 413 error notify. My Owlfiles app notify that Fail: This task cannot be completed (Error org.webdav.error 413.)

I was just guessing with 16G. If your video files are larger, you would still have the same problem.

Size of my video files is 350MB.
I just tested on OMV 7 with three 3GB file and the same client_max_body_side paramter and it successfully uploaded. I used curl for the client.

First, 413 error appear when I access WebDav via Owlfiles app on smartphone. I can upload my photos but my videos is not, because my videos have big size.
I'm didn't make any change relate to WebDav.
Then, 405 Not allowed error appear when I try to access WebDav via Cyberduck app on Windows.
