I tell my problem.
I have connected two computer (PC and Proliant N54L) for UTP Cat5e network cable, both carry Gigabit card. Autonegotiation always connects at 100Mbps when it should go to 1Gbps. I have understood that you no longer need to be crossed network cable and Cat5e supports the Giga.
If I connect the cable to the other NIC of Proliant, yes that connects to 1GB card but not TP-Link
Where can be the problem? What am I doing wrong?
Proliant card is a TP-Link TG-3468. I see Giga LED flashes when connecting the cable but then changes and stays at 100Mbps.
Thanks a lot!
