unwanted update notification emails

Hello,

I installed OMV 7 one month ago on my Rapsberry Pi. I have these notifications for a few days. I don't think I had them before. How can I disable them?

It would be nice to be able to disable it or have a weekly or monthly reminder of your choice. I don't do the updates every day, I have a monthly reminder personally.
