pve-kernel wont install caused by pve-firmware 3.13-2 update

  • my working disk were the pve-firmware kernel is installed ,gave me this error while updating pve-firmware 3.13-2:

trying to overwrite '/lib/firmware/rtl_bt/rtl8723cs_xx_fw.bin', which is also in package firmware-realtek-rtl8723cs-bt 20181104-2

this command (from another thread) fixed it :

    sudo apt-get purge firmware-realtek-rtl8723cs-bt

now i try to omv-regen my backup disk..... with pve-firmware enabled, it stops caused by the realtek firmware (above)

i also tried regenerating without pve-firmware.

omv-regen finishes fine, but adding pve-kernel later in omv, gives the same error, and purging "realtek" (above) wont purge and gives dependencies error.

how can i install proxmox kernel, or

    omv-regen with pve enabled?

it seems i need to "purge realtek" at some specific point.....

    tried so far:

    Code
    apt-get clean
    apt-get update
    apt-get upgrade -f
    dpkg --configure -a
