is there any solution for OMV that is able to Backup the hole docker instance ?
With Docker Container, related DBs and Volumes ?
For Desaster Recovery ? Just take this backup and place it on a new OMV Maschine and works.

No need to backup container/images as they can be easily downloaded. Important are the compose files and the volumes.

YES use built backup in compose webGUI:
You can update & prune dockers too.
