I've recently upgraded from OMV 5.x > 6.x > 7.x. I'm running into an issue where the system>plugins screen has stopped updating what plugins are installed on the system. For example, after installing a plugin and going back to the menu, it will show that the plugin is still not installed. The same behavior happens with plugins that are considered installed. After uninstalling, they will continue to display the green "installed" tag where I only have the option to uninstall. Clicking to uninstall again results in an error that it can't be found. I've tried looking at the system logs for a clue but I'm unsure what I'm looking for.
Troubleshooting steps I've tried:
- refreshing the list
- refreshing the page
- checking for new plugins
- Restarting the system
- apt update/upgrade
- omv-upgrade
- omv-release-upgrade
- omvextras > aptclean
- Installing/removing the programs from the cmd line
