I have two NAS devices both running on OpenMediaVault (OMV). The old NAS has a 12TB hard drive and a 500GB hard drive. I transferred both hard drives to the new NAS at the same time. The 500GB hard drive can be recognized, but the 12TB one cannot. I also didn't find the 12TB hard drive when I used the lsblk command. How can I solve this problem?
HDD from old NAS not detected in new NAS (both OMV)

Have you booted into the BIOS and checked that it is seeing the 12TB drive there?

Double check the cable connections to the drive. Replace the data cable if you have a spare. Is it warm to the touch and can you feel or hear it running?
Do you know if the new NAS is compatible with drives that large?

I touched the 12TB hard drive, and it didn't start running when the power was turned on. However, it's quite strange because when I use the same SATA cable and power supply cable to connect another 500GB hard drive, it can operate normally. Also, this 12TB hard drive isn't damaged because it still works fine when I reinstall it in the old NAS.
I'm not very clear about compatibility. But the hardware of my old NAS is very outdated, while the new NAS is equipped with an AMD 3700X processor and an ASUS TUF Gaming B550M - Plus . Since it can work on the old one, I think it should also work on the newer one.

HD must be detected on BIOS, so please enter on BIOS and do a screen capture if you see it, if not see it, that is the problem.

OK, the most likely problem is the so called 3.3v pin problem. See:
