Onedrive Plugin Registration fails

  • Hi,

I just tried to register the onedrive plugin on my new installation of OMV7.7.2-1. After copying the authentication link to my browser, I was asekd to login with my Microsoft account and after that, I was told that the request can't be completed with the following error message:

unauthorized_client: The client does not exist or is not enabled for consumers. If you are the application developer, configure a new application through the App Registrations in the Azure Portal at https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2083908.

Does anybody have an idea how to fix that?

This means your provider of your OneDrive Account has not enabled access for applications outside of Microsoft OneDrive itself. You need to work with your oganisation to create the applicable application identifiers and enable access.

This is nothing that can be solved by me or code or even assist with.

    Robsen,

When speaking to your organisation, you will need to probably provide details on what to do, why, the security of the application etc.

    Please read:

    * https://github.com/abraunegg/o…onal-cloud-deployments.md - this document, whilst for National Cloud Deployment specifies the process you need to run through to overcome your error. Your Azure AD Admin will need these details.
