Hello Forum.
I have been testing the "Shutdown Service" and have by mistake inserted the
command : "shutdown -h now" in the command section/line. The result off this
is that the Server shuts down immediately after restart, so I guess that I did this
wrong. Noooo 
. Is there a way to prevent any tasks or service to start up when
starting up the Server or is it learning by doing, meaning a new installation and
configuration.

to the Dashboard and delete the "shutdown -h now" in the command
section/line before it shuts down. What can I say 
I'm not a pro, but how about using a maintenance USB-Thumbdrive to boot into and modifying your OMV from there to remove the shutdown command. There are plenty of USB emergency tools out there for download.
I assume you created a scheduled task which runs at reboot.
If that is the case, mount the OS drive on a Linux system and edit /etc/cron.d/openmediavault-userdefined by deleting the line that includes "reboot" and "shutdown". Once done you should be able to boot into OMV. Then delete the scheduled task in the GUI of OMV.

Thank you for your replies so far. I have an old screenshot with some
setting for the AutoShutdown service. I have picture-pasted the command
in the picture so you can see what I have done.
The reason why, is that could not get the autoshutdown service to
work or I admit, I don't no how it works with all these parameter
settings. Looking in the mirror, shouldn't have entered the command
since I am not an expert in "Expert Settings" 
.
I seems to be a god idea to make an USB-Thumbdrive to boot into the
Debian OS on my HP N40L Microserver where the OMV is installed.
But how it it possible from there, to manage change, disable or delete the
Autoshutdown service, I am also not an expert in navigating in an
Debian OS, but I am very keen to learn something new.
There is connected a keyboard and a monitor to the server, and I have attached
pictures of the boot sequence, picture 7 shows when its powering down.

You need to edit the file /etc/autoshutdown.conf
There you should find the command. Easiest is to use the editor "nano". Login as user "root"
nano /etc/autoshutdown.conf will open the editor with the file.
Find the command "shutdown -h now" and delete it. It is probably the last line.
Ctrl+X and y to close and safe the file.
After that reboot OMV and remove the command from the GUI of OMV. This is needed as the command is still stored in the database of OMV.
Yes you need to boot into a live distro. Or connect the OMV OS drive to a LInux computer.
Now I have made a USB-bootable drive with this image:
"linuxmint-22.1-cinnamon-64bit.iso" now I can access all
the disks, this is great 
. Since this Ventoy bootable-tool
with this linux iso mounted, automatically logs in with
a user that is different from OMV root user, I don't have
access/permissions to change the autoshutdown.conf
where the command "shutdown -h now" is in the end of
the file as you said. I have tried to change the login settings
but it seems that that the changes are not saved at the
USB. Therefore I cannot create the root user here.
If the user you are using is in the sudo group, you can add sudo to the command to get elevated permissions.
Another option would be to boot OMV into recovery mode (can be selected at the beginning of the boot process in the grub menu. You need monitor and keyboard connected). Sorry, did not come to my mind before.
