Updated two different NASes today, they are now both on initramfs prompt!

I found some updates available and I had the very bad idea to update two NASes at once. Once asked to reboot I did so via the GUI.

No errors found until this point, but the GUI didn't come back So I logged into the console (they are VM within proxmox) and thy both present this:

How to fix please?

Thanks... but I ended up restoring the backup, which is always a big pain in the neck due to the number of pass-through disks.
