First, OMV is an "OSS project". It is not a "company". OMV contributors are volunteers. No one is paid to support this forum or the project.

Second, obviously, OMV is not serving your needs in the way you think it should. With that in mind, you should look at the software / licensing disclaimer and, maybe, ask for your money back. (Oh, that's right, OMV was free...)
