Hi,
I want to play around with some of the Borg options to get more value out of the log files. I've read that I have to add options like --json to each backup job, for example in the command borg create ... --json. Maybe a silly newbie question, but I’m not quite sure where exactly to put those Borg options in the plugin

You can't. What more are you trying to get out of the log files? and which log files? The list checkbox in the archive creation makes the output verbose. most people don't want more than that.
If there’s no easy way to have these options
There is no easy to do it with the plugin options as they are. That isn't saying the option couldn't be added to the plugin. I was just trying to figure out why you wanted it. For parsing makes sense. I can see what it would take to make it an environment variable (not in the web interface).
