Lock at 10MB/s - OMV and Workstation at 1000Mb/s

Help with identifying why my large file transfer speeds is locked at ~100MB/s when both my workstation and OMV dedicated server report 1000Mb/s speeds on the same segment and same switch.

Workstation and OMV connect in ports of the same switch and segment.

The workstation and OMV speeds are attached as pics.

Transfer speed is attached a pic.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I used ethtool and ipconfig to do initial troubleshooting and data collection.
