Plex in container deadlocks OMV server on both wired and wireless

Hi, 90% of the time, local media playback on Plex works fine on my OMV server, but then it'll freeze and "deadlock" the server to the point where I can even ping its local IP address any more. It's not a long downtime (10-20sec) but it's annoying.

I noticed a bunch of messages in the daemon logs around the time where it last happened:

systemd-resolved[644]: Using degraded feature set UDP instead of UDP+EDNS0 for DNS server 1.1.1.1.

Does that provide a clue? The other thing I'd mention is that I've configured the box with a static IPv4 address and DNS server (obviously) directly in the OMV GUI.

BTW, happens on Jellyfin, too.

Plex log from the day of the crash/freeze, in case it provides a clue. Crash occurred around 7:09 pm my time.
