Monitor Docker containers network traffic

Hi all,

Any way you recommend to monitor all network traffic on the containers you have deployed and running?

I am trying to figure out how to see if/where the containers are connecting to externally, i.e. what traffic they are sending to the internet.

I would like to know what egress traffic goes out of the containers, just to lock it down as much as possible.
