WriteCache stopped logging in January - is this a problem?

As title suggests ... I was just cruising through the logs on my OMV 8 instance and I see that WriteCache stopped logging on January 6. It had been a prolific logger up to that point. I presume an update changed the way this works. Is this a symptom of a problem that should be addressed, or does WC no longer log anything by design?

Everything else is logging fine. My WriteCache settings are as follows:

• Enabled is checked
• "Use system memory" is unchecked
• Workspace folder is pointed to a shared folder on an NVME drive
• Journal storage is auto
• Only these are checked:
  • Flush on shutdown
  • Rotate on shutdown
  • Flush daily (set to 03:45)
  • Rotate on daily flush

Turns out I was wrong. WriteCache is logging, however, the default presentation in the Diagnostics > System Logs view in the Dashboard is to be sorted by date ascending. If I toggle the sort, the newest records are presented first.

What I don't understand is why every other log I could view in this page sorts descending except this one. Any idea where that can be changed?

Thanks. I can confirm that it does not remember the sort. It just defaults to showing earliest first.
