My omv 7 nas was processing cleaning on my raid 5 (3 disk 16 tb) and is incredibly slow more than 10 day ad it is at 37%.

I think i have find disk involved and with
smartctl -a /dev/sdc i obtain the following data (this disk is really slow also to produce this commanda result)
I do not see any evidence of error for UltraDMA CRC or for Current Pending Sector Count and Offline Uncorrectable
It is safe to shut down and change sata cable or what i have to do to solve because sistem if sull of wait io and is unusable
