2nd email about 9 package updates(s) available. Such emails arre coming frequently, but that's OK. Updating gave no errors.

Do I have to worry about the 1st email? I got it already some weeks ago.

Just a transient failure to reach packages.openmediavault.org for the "synchrony" repo index, apt fell back to its cached package list, so the reported 9 updates are from that stale cache, not confirmation against the current repo. The actual upgrade run succeeded without errors, likely because it either hit the repo when it was reachable again or the relevant packages came from other (Debian) repos anyway.
